Scott M. Bolhack, MD, MBA, CMD, CWS, FAAP, FACP

Dr. Scott Bolhack has been in practice in Tucson since 1992. He is board certified in internal medicine, hospice and palliative care, and pediatrics. He began his private practice in Catalina, Arizona and still maintains an outpatient practice in Oro Valley in the Northwest Medical Center at Rancho Vistoso.

Dr. Bolhack speaks nationally on the subject of rehabilitation in nursing homes and has gained extensive experience in the area of geriatrics. Dr. Bolhack has additional experience as a medical director for nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice, and home health agencies.
